At the 7th Annual  Assembly of OISEVI in Panama City on 17 April 2018, Dr. Maria Segui Gomez, Special Advisor for Road Safety to FiA, presented the results of the ESRA 2017 report with some help from Leandro Perillo, FiA IV Executive Director of Mobility and Public Policy.  She presented the results of 13 Latin American countries focusing on pedestrian safety, which was the theme of this meeting. More than 100 people attended this presentation including the mayor of Panama city, José Isabel Blandón Figueroa; most of the attendees are professionals working in traffic safety and are members of OISEVI. The meeting was fruitful; representatives of several countries expressed interest in obtaining the ESRA raw data and leveraging them to study road safety attitudes and behaviour of their citizens.
